This review starts will cultural and regional challenges in Asia-Pacific Region by examining issues, which are relevant to sites, targeted to China and Chinese-speaking audiences, design principles as well as examination of the differences between the cultures of Asia-Pacific; continuing will issues and influences of e-commerce and online shopping in India for the last few years. Finally, how CRM is becoming the next goal of e-commerce for both smaller and larger organizations is discussing by which it will satisfy customers and increase company sales.
